**1. About these terms.** These terms govern your use of the Micapo website and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
**2. Products and pricing.** We do our best to display products, colours and specifications accurately, but small variations can occur. All prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. We may change prices, run promotions or discontinue products at any time; changes never affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
**3. Orders.** Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where there's a pricing error — in every case you receive a full refund.
**4. Delivery.** Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated dates are estimates, not guarantees, though we'll always work to resolve delays quickly.
**5. Returns and refunds.** Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
**6. Product use.** Please use products as intended and follow any included instructions. Products with batteries, small parts or flying components (e.g. toys) should be used with appropriate supervision for children.
**7. Intellectual property.** All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Micapo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
**8. Liability.** We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
**9. Your account and conduct.** You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
**10. Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
