## Shipping Policy

**Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum spend.**

**Processing.** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 48 hours of ordering.

**Delivery times.** Most orders arrive within **10–14 days**, fully tracked. Some destinations and busy periods (holidays, sales) can take a little longer — if your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, contact us at shopmicapo@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.

**Where we ship from.** We dispatch from a network of international warehouses and ship each order from the location closest to you that stocks your product — that's how we keep shipping free worldwide.

**Tracking.** Every order is tracked door-to-door. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email at any time, or message us and we'll check for you.

**Customs and import duties.** Orders to most destinations arrive without extra charges. In rare cases, local customs may apply import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees were declined, we'll refund the order minus any return costs incurred.

**Wrong address.** Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. We can't redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
