## Refund Policy

At Micapo, every order is covered by our **30-day money-back guarantee**. The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered to you.

**How it works.** If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at shopmicapo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Once your return is approved and received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Damaged, faulty or incorrect items.** If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't be asked to return a damaged or incorrect item at your own cost.

**Return conditions.** Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; postage for our errors (damaged, faulty or wrong items) is on us.

**Late or missing refunds.** If you haven't received a refund 10 business days after we've confirmed it, first check with your bank or card provider (processing times vary), then contact us at shopmicapo@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

**Statutory rights.** Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (for UK/EU customers) your right to cancel under consumer contract regulations.
